GDPR 679/2016 – Disclosure on personal data protection

Legal basis

The processing of customer data is based on the consent provided directly by them, and on the necessary processing to allow the service contract to be entered into. They consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if required for the provision of a service.

The Data Controller, pursuant to art. 37 GDPR has appointed their pro-tempore legal representative.

Aims of Processing

1.Initiating the presales and commercial information activities requested by the data subject.

2.Managing, concluding and executing the agreed contractual relation, as well as any ancillary provisions required, including any fulfilment relating to fiscal and accounting obligations.

3.Managing and executing the data subject’s contact requests, the requests for provision of services, requests for assistance even via communication to third parties.

Data access

You have the right to request copies of personal data you have provided us with in a structured, commonly used and electronically readable format and/or request to send this information to another service provider (where technically feasible).

Duration of Processing Storage

In general, A.T.S. S.r.l. stores your personal data for short periods of time, or for the time required to execute the contract you entered into.

We might store some of your personal data to the extent required to fulfil our legal and fiscal obligations as well as to protect our contractual interests.
We might exceptionally store some of your personal data to perform survey activities, as set forth by the regulations.
We declare that, after 24 months have elapsed from the end of the contractual obligations or the required presales and commercial activities, we shall remove the personal data not otherwise required for statutory regulations.
