Vision systems
ATS integrates cutting-edge vision systems for aesthetic checks, dimensional checks, robot guide systems, colour checks, placement, component integrity. The solutions may be two or three-dimensional (stereo cameras) and perfectly customised according to the customer’s requirements. The vision system normally consists of CPU, video cameras, optics and illuminators. Both the Hardware and Software part of these systems are entirely managed and integrated on the destination system by the technical ATS personnel.
