ATS integrates various types of screwing systems, from fully automatic ones, automatic feeding to manual ones.
The automatic system includes screwing and feeding the screw or fastener to be screwed, with torque-angle systems (electric motor with input control or torque/angle transducer in class A or B) and various types of supply units according to the application and type of screw and nut.
Self-feeding and automatic screwing of the fastener and control of screwing parameters such as
– presence of screw/nut
– screwing depth
– tightening torque
– closing angle
assure high productivity and the utmost quality of fastenings.
