Set of equipped pallets for forming machine of car sunroof pins/kinematics

Development of a set of equipped pallets for implementation of an existing rotary table designed to form RH/LH pins/kinematics for car sunroof.
The supply involves construction of 4 equipped pallets, each of which uniquely and identifiably holding 30 leverages for a total of 27 forming points in several steps and their insertion in process on an existing moulding cell, with the implementation of the designated SW program.

Each pallet consists of an anodised aluminium plate sized 1440×555 mm, reinforced in the lower part with an electro-welded tubular frame, equipped with centring bushes for mechanical interface with the rotating frame and a second set of bushes for gripping by the transfer frame mounted on the Cartesian system of the moulding cell. A set of pins and bolts are fitted on the pallet for centring and supporting the levers. Each pallet is further integrated with recognition cam for proper coupling to the required working program.

The levers are placed on the pallet by the operator and fixed on the holding fixtures by means of specific, manually operated locks. After loading the parts, a check is performed on the levers and status of the working locks by a vision system located in a fixed part.

The pallets undergo certification, and specifically, all the moulding reference points are measured. The permissible tolerance set with respect to axes X,Y,Z by the parameters is +-0.15 mm.
