Water Softener assembly and testing line
The line performs operations for Water Softener assembly and testing in stations placed along a conveyor system with 18 stations. 2 different types of product are processed, and 10 components/subsets are assembled. Processing takes place in lots by automatic mechanical retooling of the stations and launching the specific program from the operator interface panel. The conveyor system used is Bosch Rexroth TS2 with WT2 pallet measuring 240×320 mm.
