S&S Switch assembly and testing system
The S&S switch assembly and testing system consists of 2 rotary table machines connected by a pallet recirculation conveyor to convey the parts from the assembly machine to the testing one after it. 8 different types of product are processed, and 10 components/subsets are assembled.
Processing takes place in lots by automatic mechanical retooling of the stations and launching the specific program from the operator interface panel.
