Solenoid Valve testing machine

The system is designed to test solenoid valves in 4 product types. Air leak pressure tests, electrical tests and hydraulic tests with oil are performed on the component, as well as checks for presence and fitness with vision system, while the parts considered passed by the system are laser marked at the end of the cycle. Batch production by launching the appropriate program on the PC with operator interface and mechanical retooling of the machine with rapid repositioning or replacement of certain units. All the equipment is located on a structure in electro-welded tubes of appropriate section, integrated with vibration damper levelling feet.

The operator interface consists of a complete button panel with specific controls and indications. It is complemented by an industrial PC, for machine diagnostics, setting up, checking the product inspection signals and obtaining the relevant outcomes and statistics. The components are handled and transferred between the various test stations by means of a 6-axis anthropomorphic robot – pay load 7 Kg, operating range 700 mm – fitted with gripper mounted on anti-collision device.
