Semi-automatic line for Boiler Hydraulic Unit assembly
The line is designed to assemble the complete Boiler Hydraulic Unit. The Boiler Hydraulic Unit consists of delivery and return units. The latter in its turn consists of a DHW part and a heating part. The Boiler Hydraulic Unit is processed on the line in 2 types of product.
The line consists of 8 semi-automatic assembly benches, connected by conveyor belts appropriately controlled for transferring the semi-finished sub-sets from one station to the next. Each bench has its own management PLC.
Processing takes place in lots by launching the specific program from the operator panel and any mechanical retooling.
