Rotary table machine for testing Joy-Stick Switch

Electromechanical rotary table machine with 16 indexes equipped with anodized aluminium disc having a diameter of 1500 mm. The system is designed to test Joy-Stick switches in 50 product types. There are 13 testing operations in total while the parts considered passed by the system are laser marked at the end of the cycle.

Processing takes place in lots by automatic mechanical retooling of the stations and launching the specific program from the operator interface panel.
