Rotary table machine for Check Valve assembly and testing

Electromechanical rotary table machine with 12 indexes equipped with anodized aluminium disc having a diameter of 900 mm. The system is designed to assemble and test the Check Valve in 10 types of product, there are 4 components/sub-sets to be assembled and they are all fed automatically by vibrating feeders placed along the perimeter of the machine.

Processing takes place in lots by automatic mechanical retooling of the stations and launching the specific program from the operator interface panel.
