MAP Disc Stg preparation rotary table machine

Electromechanical rotary table machine with 12 indexes equipped with anodized aluminium disc having a diameter of 550 mm. The system is designed to assemble the MAP Disc Stg consisting of a single product type, there are 3 components/sub-sets to be assembled and they are all fed automatically by vibrating feeders and belt unwinder placed within the machine.

Processing takes place in lots by automatic mechanical retooling of the stations and launching the specific program from the operator interface panel.
