Laser marking rotary table machine for fixed/mobile rear lights

Electromechanical rotary table machine with 4 indexes equipped with anodized aluminium disc having a diameter of 1500 mm. The system is designed for laser marking and inspecting compliance of the marking performed on the tail lights in the fixed (right and left) and mobile (right and left) versions.
Processing takes place in lots (fixed or mobile light) by launching the specific program on the operator panel, enabling the fixtures concerned, and by mechanical retooling, consisting in replacing the holding fixtures, which in this specific case have two seats and house:
– Fixed light: RH Body + RH Lens
– Fixed light: LH Body + LH Lens
– Mobile Light: RH Body + LH Body
